Always treated with respect and my Dr very kind.  I have never had any issues with his office staff. He performed surgery on my shoulder and did an excellent job. Love this office.

my experience was one of my time wasted because they knew they were unable to perform a certain type of ct scan test ordered.They called me the day before to confirm my test and when i showed up they told me they didnt perform this type of scan and i would have to go to mass general boston.They knew this damn well a few days ago and they should have informed me then so i could make other arrangments.now i will have to waste more valuable free time for a test that should have been done at mass general boston in the first place.

I have been a patient at MGH for over 20 years.  I loved MGH Boston and Revere, but MGH West is awful.  WebMD has better human interaction. The office's blood lab is truly disgusting.  My doctor was great.  I have never seen a front office team that impersonal and uninterested in the patients.
