my claim was submitted to the HHServices office by general attorney of MA, they gave me a phone to check the status, so I called , woman with an accent first told me that I have a wrong number, I told her the history of my call, she asked when the claim was submitted, I told that i don't have this info and asked if this is HHServices, I asked a few times and got no response, she kept asking when  and who submitted my claim and hang up on me! is that the proper way for gov service to handle human's issue?
