I'm only giving a star because the customer service reps I've spoken to on the phone have been extremely nice and seem to genuinely care but that's where the positive aspects of my experience end. Despite being nice they all gave me different information over the past month of trying to figure this out. I was told to fax documents in (which my boyfriend and I both tried to do but the line was "busy" the entire day so eventually I had to download some app to send it through email). I was then told the documents had been received and because of my medical issue they would be expedited. However when I called today for the hundredth time the woman I spoke with said, "You actually have to fill out a new application... I see you've spoken to (then proceeded to count all of the reps I've spoken to) 7 reps, I can't believe no one told you this". Yeah me neither. She then transferred me to the Eligibility Center which I've now learned means that even if you call right at 8:45 "the current wait time is longer than 30 minutes. Goodbye!". HAVE LONGER BUSINESS HOURS!!! or more representatives. Why are the hours 8:45-4:45?? Everyone is at work or in school then and can't spend 3 hours on the phone. It does not make sense. Every time I call the wait is so long that the service just hangs up. People need health insurance, it should not be this difficult to obtain it or at least get correct information while trying to obtain it.

This is most horrible customer service center ever. I called four times and stood on the phone for 45min each time. Masshealth has to do better than this. When you call you get rude rep answering the phones. This is agency truly needs to be readjusted. Fax forms 4 times and they continue to say they don't have but a rep confirm they have them. This is such a pain to go through. Nobody should have to endure this type of service.

Went in and filled out an application. They told me everything looked great and that I’ll hear back within 10 days about my available plans. It’s been over a month and they said they have no paperwork from me whatsoever and didn’t submit anything.

First time doing a bad review, but I couldn't just let this go. I went this morning to this place, and what a nightmare, it was so upsetting. 1) Lack of organization. 2) Misinformation. 3) Rudeness. My ride had to leave at 10:00 am, by that time I was done, but receptionist gave me a number to wait, after I was done, after waiting for 40 minutes, the interviewer told me that I didn't have to take a number. I had to take time off from work, therefore money from my paycheck. Lost my ride, I had to paid a taxi $20.00. I ended up losing more than $50.00 dollars, and hour and a half for their inefficiency. I just don't understand after reading a couple of reviews and living that by myself, why the center still employing such rude people. Someone needs to train them on how to provide customer service, from the receptionist to the interviewer, and I am not asking for someone that smiles at me, even though It would be nice, but for someone that at least knows what they are doing.

ZERO STARS. THE WORST TO EVER DEAL WITH!!!! The representatives are rude, incompetent and no one knows what the hell they are doing in that place. Being placed on hold for more than 30 minutes is absolutely insane. Especially when you're transferred to 8 different people. They cut you off and add you back on without your permission. I've had private insurance for years and I'm still receiving letters and bills from these morons after they cut my son off back in 2012. All I want is to take my son off of Mass Health and it's a process for even doing that!! DO BETTER PEOPLE
