Professional and friendly front-desk staff. Therapist Hang is particularly talented at deep tissue shiatsu/trigger point massage. The location is also calm and pleasing, in a quiet, small, wooded shopping center off the main roads. Definitely recommend this location.

I have been going to this ME for years and love it!  I have Fibromyalgia and like a warm table and a light relaxing massage.  I have tried several therapists here and each one is different but they are all good.  I like to switch therapists every few months just to see what they are like.

I've heard stories about bad experiences, but as someone who needs MT to help with a medical condition you can't beat the price and scheduling. I love Kara but have had several other good therapists. I had one bad experience but management was apologetic, and the staff in general are always very friendly.

It is all about getting the right masseuse. They have some great people at this facility. If you find the right set of hands, you will have a good experience. With a largely part-time staff, finding the right set of hands can be a challenge. When in doubt, ask for the head therapist. 
I totally agree with comments on the front desk staff. For anything beyond basic scheduling, you would save a lot of upset by asking for a supervisor. Most of the staff is young and the turnover is so great that they just have problems doing things right the first time.

Stay away!  Massage Envy is like the proverbial roach motel - its easy to check in but its very, very hard to check out.  The massages that I got with a membership were just ok, and I could never book again with a therapist if I like them, but the price was also pretty low, so I basically got what I paid for, and therefore can't complain too much about my membership while it was active and in use.  

Then I moved out of state and cancelled my membership.  For three months, my membership stayed cancelled; then my monthly charges started up again - nine of them.  Despite repeated calls to Massage Envy and my credit card company, I ended up with $590.00 of charges on my account that I can't use.  They finally agreed to refund me $177 despite admitting that the bad charges were their fault; but they would only offer to bank the remaining amount in services for me (and that only for a short time) in case I wanted to travel 2000 miles back to Reston to use them.  That makes the whole experience very expensive and very frustrating.  You can do much better elsewhere!
