Wonderful place to relax and unwind with a fantastic massage. I highly recommend Brittney or Fitz. If you arrive early, then you can enjoy a wonderful warm neck wrap and complimentary glass of wine in the Whisper Room before your appt.

Do not sign up for their "6 month" or "12 month" contract. They ( much like other places that do this) are shady when you try to cancel. I stayed on top of my visits and before my second to last I asked "is this my last charge for my 6 month program?". The girl looked it up and said "no you have the charge coming up and one after". I said okay and made a mental note to ask again on the next visit which I did (same question) and this time the response was "yes, the next charge is the last one of your 6 month program". I felt I had made it clear twice that I was wanting no additional charges after my 6 months. No forms were offered for me to sign, no additional dialogue on what I needed to do. I was there and made my intentions clear and they heard me. Well they just kept on charging... So I called and of course they said "it just turns into auto bill after 6 months. You have to come in and fill out a form". That's right, they wouldn't email or fax it (i asked), I had to come in person to fill out this form that wasn't offered to me BOTH times I inquired about my last charge when I was there.... But it gets better. So I take time out of my Sunday to drive up and fill out this form and guess what the response is "per the contract you have to give us 30 day advanced notice that you want to cancel so you will be charged again next month too". So I flipped and demanded instant seperation of my card and their services and ( once again missing a chance to make this right) the girl says "well I can terminate it immediately but you will lose all your credits". This meaning "we aren't going to refund any of your money or give you any of the services we charged you for even though you made it clear you didn't want them in the first place..... TWICE". And no attempt at an apology or understanding or customer service. This place is shady. The massages were okay for the money you pay but the "plans" are a scam. Do not allow them to set you up. I will be telling the BBB about their practices and disputing charges to my CC company.

Love Tina for a great deep tissue, yet relaxing massage! Great service, the girls the work the desk are very sweet and accommodating. Try the various aromatherapy products and massages!

Booked a couples massage for Valentine's Day. I called two days before, not expecting to get in on such short notice. To my surprise, we got an appointment! The girl, Sandi, I spoke to was very polite and explained the whole process to me very well as I had never gotten a professional massage. When the day came, we were greeted immediately by a very friendly girl working the front desk. She brought us back to the whisper room for us to fill out our paperwork. The paperwork was very detailed and after we were done, she checked with us to make sure we got the exact massages we wanted. We were taken back to the couples room which was very clean and comfortable. Our massage therapists were very friendly and again, explained exactly what they were trying to accomplish based on our needs. We were treated to a wonderful 90 minute session. When we were done, we were given water on the way out. All the staff was very polite, caring and we did not feel rushed nor out of place. I recommend Kiana. She's great and will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. We both left very satisfied. The prices are not bad for the service and care given. I will definitely return!
