Me and my family had a great time here. Not a fan of how the resort tries to have you buy in more on a timeshare you already have, but business is business, I guess. Those fees you pay make for a nice place. I will give them that.

Ugh, very overpriced and disappointing. We went last summer for $40 per person, and it was pretty good overall. Still overpriced, but at least it was somewhat reasonable (at least for two, I have no idea how these families of 5+ even consider this place). However, we just went in the winter and the price was $45 per person. I don't know what economics they study, but when 1/3 of your park is closed and it's 10F outside, maybe the price should go down, not up. That really blew my mind. Even with a 50% off coupon, it was not worth it. It was COLD inside. I mean, my kid is standing there shivering with blue lips kind of cold. Even with 1/3 of the park closed, we still couldn't enjoy what was left. Instead of doing all the water slides twice like in the summer, we could only stand to be there long enough to do them each once. The 'hot' tub wasn't hot, it was comfortable, it's what all the water should have been. We had to leave early because it was so cold. It also got dark while we were there and what lights they do have aren't even close to enough to light the place. There is no reason they can't get enough light in there to actually keep enjoying the place and at least get most of our money's worth. They also don't have enough changing rooms, even for the partial crowd that was there in the middle of winter. We made the mistake of eating there, GAG. Way overpriced, and the food was bad. Not bad as in, it's not as nice as a real restaurant would be kind of bad, I mean, eww, it's insulting they took our money for this kind of bad. It had obviously been sitting out for way too long. The bottom bun of the burger was hard and dry, but only the bottom bun, I don't even know how you can do that. French fries were cold before we even got through half of them (and no, we didn't get to them after eating everything else). Corn dog nuggets were small, few, and barely battered. Seriously, don't eat there if they aren't turning food out left and right so you at least know it's 'fresh' (as fresh as it's ever going to be there). Very disappointed. This is the kind of experience I fear spending my hard-earned money on. It's an insult to us to have such a bad experience when there is so much potential. Again, our trip in the summer was good, but I will never consider going back in the winter, ever again. Seriously, $45 per person! You people are out of your mind.

This is my first time to the water park. I took a long people ranging from ages 11 all the way up to 53 and everyone had a great time. The prices are very reasonable especially for a full day. The place was clean there was lots of watchful lifeguards. I will be a returning customer.

The water park was awesome. We played under the huge bucket that spills over once filled like we were kids. The indoor/outdoor hot tub was awesome as well. Loved the experience.

Great place. Was discouraged by the reviews b it went anyway with a group. Was completely pleased. Great food reasonably priced for a park. Clean warm and well kept. It was a bit expensive. We were there new years eve and they were closing early and they could have given a discount and instead charged higher holiday weekend rate. Would go back again. Great for kids. 9 yos and adults
