I came here with my husband and two kids, the only good thing I can say about this park is that there were no lines to wait for the rides. This place is extremely dirty: bathrooms ,floors, restaurants, ice cream shop..they all had crumbs, napkins, and food all over the floor and none of the employees even bother to clean it up. The employees were all one race which made it seem like a discriminatory industry. The employees had "I hate my job" attitude every place I went.. no customer experience at all. They ran out of lids for your cups and cotton candy for two days??? Two days? Really? And no one bother to replace them?.. not to mention no one wore head nets when they cooked your meal, weave everywhere. And they would talk and laugh over your food, taking there sweet time. Such a great place with potential and this is how the customer experience is??? Just awful, need to do better way better. Come to Florida to see how an amusement park should be like!

One of my favorite amusement parks ever! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They work hard to keep the park clean. It's not so big that I feel overwhelmed. There are options for all ages of kids. Their fright fest is my particular favorite. Amended to add that Holiday in the Park has been extra ordinary! I highly recommend visiting if possible during this event.

I came here on June 11, 2012 for the first time in my life as a field trip after graduating from Lakelands Park middle school a few days early on May 31, 2012. And I remember that the first ride I ever rode at Six Flags was the Mind Eraser and boy was it exciting! I also rode the Apocalypse, Joker's Jinx, and many other rides!! Unfortunately, The Superman was closed on June 11, 2012.

I go here all of the time. Not one of the best six flags. But still one of the best six flags. Great food and attractions definitely go on the Superman. The staff are fun and love to joke around with the customers.

We have a membership to Six Flags America and for the most part it is the neglected child of the Six Flags family, and Six Flags is great for thrills but not much more. The staff is under-trained and not excited about their work. The good is that the lines are always short. The longest lines that we wait in are the food lines. Never have I waited more than 30 minutes for a ride, but I have waited in line 45 minutes to get food. The shining gems of Six Flags America is their Holiday setup. I was very impressed with that they did in their holiday decorations and shows. Are the shows as good as Disney or Busch Gardens? No, and I wouldnt expect it to because I paid less than a one day Disney admission to go all year. But the shows are amazing compared to their normal shows. They catered to all the major winter holidays but not in a way that makes it feel forced or awkward.
