Its not a horrible park but its certainly not the best.  The water is pretty polluted  so nobody swims there,  no alcohol is permitted  yet you'll be sure to find plenty of empties and broken bottles EVERYWHERE,  and there's always homeless people hanging around  but they don't bother you.  If you want to go fish for a bit or take your kids to the jungle gym this park is fine just don't expect to much... Its still Dover!
