Would recommend. Very nice and professional. Didn't have a wait and did a good job. 18.50 for adult cuts and 15.00 for kids.

I've been to Mastercuts after trying two other hairdressers in Syracuse. Both of them cut my hair too short, even though I gave them very precise directions. I read all the bad reviews here, so I was insecure about trying Mastercuts. But, when I came in, they were doing a very good job in another guy's hair. So, I decided to give them a chance. I had my haircut with Nelya, and she was great. I explained her exactly how I wanted my haircut. Maybe over-detailed, actually, and she patiently listened to me. I also showed her a picture of me and how I wanted my haircut to be. And she did it. Exactly how I wanted. I am absolutely satisfied. I am definitely going back.

My husband and I were there from out of town and decided we were due for a hair cut. We waited at the front counter. Eventually some one poked thier head around and said something as they were working with a client. We just left. No receptionist or anything?

Do not get your hair cut here, my stylist cut it too short and it's absolutely hideous. I recommend Sport Clips.

Under new management, what a difference in atmosphere and professionalism. Haircut and a beard trim and shaping was 5½ stars.
