My friend that is inexperienced dyed my hair and it was absolutely horrible. I didn’t think it could get fixed, it was black at the roots with blonde literary right in the middle of my hair then black at the ends. Anyways, I went to ulta to see if it could get fixed and she did a wonderful job. Tiffany took care of me and did a magnificent job. I couldn’t thank her enough. She knew what she was doing and told me what she was doing to my hair. She was so friendly always smiling. I definitely recommend getting your hair cut and colored there!

I had a very good experience here though they could hire more knowledgeable staff. Everyone was very friendly though and knew what they were talking about for the most part.

The worst ever. They hire children to do your hair and they do not have any experience.

My girlfriend was quoted a flat $300.00 for a hair treatment and the stylist was incompetent, refused to honor the price and started to cry, spoke to the General Manager and we are now awaiting a response from the Salon Manager...

Updates to follow...

Left two messages for General Manager,  No call back, no resolution. They just don't care about their customers and they employee very young inexperienced hair stylists.

I called to see if I could get into an eyebrow appointment today around 7pm and the lady who answered didn't say a thing after her greeting and went directly to putting me on hold without telling me anything
