This is a horrible place. My fam has been with them for >3 yrs and they always messed up my sisters account. Very poor customer service. I bought a new car for my dad and I wanted to add it in the policy but when I call, Im not even listed as a driver and they listed my mom even though she doesnt have a license. It doesnt make any sense!! Thats why Im no longer with them!

Not only am I a customer with my home and auto at Mr. Rawles office...I have had the absolute pleasure of working there. Mr. Rawles pushes being the best so that his clients receive the best...what more can you ask for? The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products and get back to you very quickly. Hillary and Melissa handle the servicing and by far they are the best! Looking for insurance? Call Milt Rawles office but be prepared to become family. :)
