DO NOT USE ERA MATT FISCHER FOR ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING YOU NEED. They are absolutely useless, awful excuses for human beings who should be shut down. They don't know how to run a business OR treat reputable paying customers. We have done everything the right way through them and they are absolutely screwing us over royally. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO.

RENTERS BEWARE!  Would give 0 stars if google would let me.  When we moved into our rental it was DISGUSTING!  Dirtier than you'd ever imagine.  Dog hair and dirt from previous renters everywhere.  Multiple things were broken.  I had to request 5 major repairs within the first week of moving in.  I wish I could post pictures of how disgusting this place was.  The oven didn't even have racks in it.  I had to wait months just to get an oven I could actually cook in.  We moved here from another state so I didn't actually see the place until move-in day.  I trusted the rental would look like the pictures they posted but that was far from the truth.  Their "maintenance man" looks like a straight up drug addict and his work is horrible as well as his attitude.  The people they hire to do repairs are just as bad.  The guy that replaced our toilet installed it in a way the pinned the door between the wall and the toilet so you couldn't even close the door.  We had to take the door off the hinges and repair it ourselves.  I reported a broken gate 7 MONTHS ago when we first moved in and it still hasn't been fixed.  My kids can't even play in our yard.  I'll be lucky if it's even fixed before our lease is up.  The person that is supposed to repair the gate says she'll come on a certain day to fix it and never shows up, twice I've waited all day for her and she has still never came to fix it.  I think they just hire people that will do the repairs dirt cheap no matter what the end result is.  I've never even spoken to the actual rental agent they just make you go through their assistants.  Can't wait until our lease is up.  Will never rent through them again!  And if you're considering using them to help you rent your property know that the maintenance man will ruin your rental with his shoddy repair work.

I'm certain they get compensated for wasting people's time.  Will only show homes that they think they can force you into and will refuse to show you all availabilities.

We hired one of their agents to handle our rental home;  she didn't do a proper walk through when the tenants left.  As a result we lost a chair, a fax machine and a large collection of case iron skillets.  Four windows on the front side of house were left unlocked and a new mattress had a pea stain.

Used them as property managers and tolled over to a sale. It was the most horrible experience for my family as we lived out of state. Communication with the realtor was almost non-existent and I had to continuously prompt her to do her job. When I brought my concerns to management they were extremely rude. I wasted a lot of time and money trying to work with them. Awful customer service!!!
