Do not use this company called The Realty Agency for property management or rent from them. Will be your worst decision ever. The property manager is Robert Tuggle. Feel free to  message me (this is only about property management has nothing to do about buying or selling) my rating would be a minus 5. Easy to google him and find bad reviews imagine all the people who didnt write about there horrible experiences

Nabile makes the process seem so easy, and explains each step in detail.  She works around your schedule, is extremely punctual and professional, friendly, and quickly to reply to inquiries).  Don't let her young appearance fool you, as she is extremely knowledgeable and has years of experience in the industry.  She is WONDERFUL!

Nabile is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She was available to answer all of the questions we had and was very patient with us throughout the entire process. She helped us sell our home and at the same time purchase our dream home. These were two very big transactions and we are thankful   she was there to guide us. She always presented us with all of our options and offered her expert opinion. I would highly recommend Nabile and her team for the sale or purchase of your home!

I reside out of state and Nabile assisted in getting a nice 3 bedroom/2bath house on the market and for the right price. It sold quickly and only needed some minor repairs which her assistant found contractors to do the work.  I think Nabile did an excellent job helping me sell the house quickly.

Sold our first house...this sounds easy, but let me tell you, realtors work for every penny they earn. Melina was simply awesome and got us multiple offers and sold/closed above asking price. As sellers we wanted to ensure we didn’t hold anything up since we had a contingency on our new home that we are building. Melina was a rockstar and it was a great feeling that we were always waiting on buying agent and not Melina to get stuff done. If something was promised, it gone done when promised. Biggest relief having this sale done and closed. Thanks again Melina and The Realty Agency. Couldn’t be happier and will surely send business your way.
