They are slum lords, unprofessional, and lack of service!!

Went to them after a friend rented from them but with different staff and much more professional phone etiquette. That friend said how Juliet met her outside of regular hours on a Saturday while pregnant to get her the rental keys years ago and any time she had maintenance issues that the she was always reachable and attentive on top of it. 

However, trying to schedule a viewing seemed like a hassle but still we gave them a try only to never have any maintenance issues addressed. I had someone fix issues on my own and just dealt with it. We too left our house in better condition than received and still were charged fees to supposedly clean. The worse part is that we actually up-kept the property as good tenants only to be ripped off! I bet they probably still charged the owner although we made repairs out of pocket!

Stay AWAY from them and make sure to make any and all requests in writing to them even if a minor repair so that you have proof of their lack of repairs that will never be accounted to you if you do on your own!

Awesome people to work with. Couldn't be more thankful. I would definitely recommend to others. Charles should definitely get a raise for the outstanding help he provided.

was able to move in quickly, with no hassle. Housed in a great location with a reasonable price! looking forward towards this new experience.

We had YPM for several years.  At first they were fine, however recently I believe they are under new management or something but they have gone down hill.  They are very difficult to contact in any form and don't call back or notify you of what is happening with the property.  We stopped receiving rent checks and had to call to get any information about why (apparently the tenant deserted).  After a month and half of the property not being rented and several other suspect things happening we told them we were switching managers. When the new manager showed up to inspect the place was TRASHED.  From everything I can tell our property has been severely mismanaged.  We will NEVER use them again and would recommend no one else does either.
