I've been leaving in the Bayside area for about 6yrs. And I'm in a condo now but want a little more space. First off I called Mattone Realty exactly 3x .. No one NEVER returned my call, Melissa the rep I. The office was always nice. And agent finally called being that I called since 4days ago. My credit isn't established (cash only).... It's 601. I make 60k a year and this agent with a heavy accent said I'm sorry I can not work with you. And went onto say it's against NYC law to rent a one bed apartment in a "building" with my young son....she gave pure bs. And turned my upfront cash down for 6mnths up front down. And this is freaking crazy .... Let me know the truth and say it's because you judged me off the back! Only because of name. Mattone you live up to your name pure racist!
