This is my first time buying a matress. When I entered the store, I was greeted with a hello. After a couple of seconds of looking at the beds, the salesman came to me and explained the color coding. He just lingered there after he was finished. He kept lingering and I had to keep telling him I need some time to look around. When I finished looking at the beds he came back to assist me with trying stuff in clearance and then again he lingered there for a couple of minutes explaining the exchange process, "You can exchange your bed with in 120 days if you don't like it." I finally decided on the bed I wanted. I sat down at his booth and he did the oldest salesman con trick in the book, get the customer to pay before signing a shady contract. He gave me the contract and he highlighted and briefly told me what it was about. Now remember, he told me that I could exchange my stuff within 120 days if I don't like it. Well, the contract says other wise, if you bought a bed on clearance you are not able to exchange your bed.... Highly suggest not buying a bed from any Matress Firm.

Sales people are great and will do anything they can to help you.... the delivery people on the other hand are a joke. In the process of an exchange the delivery guy showed up wearing flip flops and had obviously not bathed in days. Once he and his partner realized how big the bed was that they had to pick up he wiped his dirty hands on my mattress and told us it was to dirty to be picked up. They refused to give us a number for a supervisor and just left. We washed the mattress cover and had to reschedule the next day when the store opened. When the next guys came we recorded them and they still tried to not take the mattress because it was "dirty".... it was pure alabaster white. Perfect in every way. Once they realized we were recording they completed the exchange. Feel free to buy from them, but if you have any problems be prepared to fight tooth and nail to get them fixed. Worst costumer service experience of my life.

Tyler was very helpful in explaining to me the differences in the types of mattresses. My 12 year old son and myself had a great time at the store with him. He was courteous, helpful and fun to be around. No pressure sales.
