Yesterday I purchased my son a queen mattress. Mind you, I have been to the store twice before months earlier in which I saw Karen who was helpful. My third time in, John L. was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me deciding on the right mattress for my 11 yo son. He managed to keep me in my budget as well. When I got home, I noticed the mattress I purchased was in the advertisement for $100 less. The manager, Winston, quickly refunded my money the same day since I had paid cash. I was able to get a queen mattress set, mattress protector, a memory foam pillow, 10 year warranty, and delivery all under $600. I would definitely come back.

My wife and I went to this Mattress Firm store where met John Lefevre and he immediately made us feel comfortable while we bounced around the store seeing how the technology had advanced from our regular old mattress and box spring. He was overly helpful, never pushy, and kept the store open late to answer our questions. With his help, we found a perfect fit, at a great price and left knowing that we had made the right decision. I'll definitely head back to this store first the next time I need a mattress.

We had a great experience with Winston and John today. Like others have said, they are enthusiastic and helpful but absolutely NOT pushy or manipulative. After shopping around and doing our research, and taking some time to talk through things with my husband, we went back to this location to purchase because the price was fair and the sales experience was so easy. The customer service was sincerely excellent- they're genuinely knowledgeable, they listened to us, and they applied no unreasonable pressure at all. Highly recommend these guys when you're ready for a new mattress.

Always though mattress shopping would be an uncomfortable hassle like car shopping is, but this store made it just the opposite. They weren't pushy and "salesman-y," they answered any questions I had honestly, and they got me the best deal I could possibly get on the bed I really loved. Working with Winston was easy and enjoyable and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Hopefully won't need another new mattress anytime soon, but if I do, I'll definitely be going back to this MattressFirm.
