Trust me, if I could rate as 0 star, I would do that without any doubt. Such an incompetent and disappointing team. I went to the printing center on Wed night asking for some extra copies of material previously done in the exact same store. I even brought a sample for their reference. One assistant manager helped (after asked and with an attitude) put down all the requirements and I left. Thu night I got a notice from them telling me the project was done. I went picking them up on Fri morning finding they did it so wrong. For God's sake, the sample was piled on the top of them. Couldn't anyone tell the difference between the sample and the new copies?! When I asked them why, they told me, the requirements were written on the sheet. That's your job! Not mine! Fine, asked for a redo and told them I would need it around 5pm. Called at 4:30pm and they said they were under-printing still. Okay, probably you've had a busy day. When I asked when it would be done so I could schedule my Fri night accordingly, they just said they didn't know! Complained to the manager, same lame answer and not even an apology. What a HUGE disappointment and revisiting Office Depot? OVER MY DEAD BODY.

They do a decent job confirming my guesses about technology, during my decision making process. But... makes me wonder, how can you strongly recommend a brand for electronic equip when a well known product review company who "reports" to "consumer's" is cautioning that brand's products due to security and hacking. Hmm

Nothing special and I thought it was kind of a pain to not have a Scan-to-Email function in their self-printing section.

Well maintained Office Depot, well located. Staff were helpful when looking for a specialty PC connector.

Arthur was very helpful and nice. He made sure I got the service I need and was willing to go the extra mile. Will definitely return to this store.
