Appliance Delivery Problems Gas stove was delivered and was not installed as we had requested at the store. They stated we didn't pay for it though we requested it. We tried to pay for it when they were there, but that wasn't an option. I had to pay someone to hook up. Stove doesn't work correctly. They came to pick it up (i had to call a second time to find out the day) and they wouldn't take it because it wasn't disconnected. No one said a thing about it needing to be disconnected. I called the store and they stated they would call me back. No one called for 3 days so I went to the store. They scheduled another pick up but i have to disconnect the gas stove and wait around for another pick up.

Great customer service and always ready to help you. Eric has been helpful and friendly. He gave personal attention so that we get the stuff that we were looking for. Good job!

Paint department woman is fantastic. She's knowledgeable & helpful. She gets the 5 star rating. She's gone out of her way to help several days in a row.

Service is really slow... The associated walking the floor have no clue what they are selling. Most of them are geriatrics who don't seem to care one way or another. Their store manager is unhelpful and rude. In order to get anything done you have to wait approximately a month for any kind of response and usually you have to go back multiple times. Don't shop here! It's awful. Just go to Lowe's at least their reps are better trained and helpful.

We live in Sanford, NC. We go to Home Depot at Cary Crossroads. Prices on just about everything is better than at Lowe's. The lumber products are better quality, too.
