I dealt with Axle (sorry, I know I am spelling this wrong, but cannot remember how he spells it). I was VERY happy with the service that I received. My husband and I were interested in the adjustable frame with massage. We also wanted a therapedic mattress. He was very helpful, got us a great deal that included pillows and sheets. We were very happy with him and highly recommend that when you go to Mattress Firm that you request him as he definitely knew more than any other sales people in his store. Love our beds and frames. (Got 2 twins to make King)

What Excellent Customer Service. We met with different sales reps on different days and each of them, Chris and Axle were just so nice. The atmosphere is very relaxing with no pressure to buy. I also must state that the "red carpet" delivery service was great. The guys even move my old bed to another room. I recommend this store highly for anyone wanting to purchase a mattress.

Axl was super helpful and got me the most comfortable mattress and also paid close attention to how well my spine was aligned even when I wasn't paying attention. He made a complicated situation simple and sold me - great job!

I went to Mattress Firm yesterday to purchase a mattress. I was very happy with the customer service I received from Axle! He was very knowledgeable regarding the products, which made it very easy for me to make a decision. Congratulations to your firm for having Axle representing your company.

Salesperson (Axl) greeted me right when I walked in and was very knowledgeable about the different matresses and other products available in the store (such as the pillows). The entire store was spotless. Everything was well organized and clean - even down to the bathroom. I didn't feel rushed while looking at the mattresses at all. Axl wasn't hovering over me like a typical salesperson. I felt comfortable and didn't feel as if I was just another customer.
