Had an awesome experience at the Holyoke store. I rarely post reviews but the sales manager Max was phenomenal and went above and beyond in fixing our issue with verizons overcharging service. We didn't intend on making a purchase but after fixing our issue he paired us up with his TV department and they gave us a great deal on a new 4k television. We will buy all our phones from best buy going forward!

This particular Best Buy is dirty, disorganized and does not care about retaining customers. It is a shining example of why traditional retail shopping is a dying venture. The management was curt and rude and chose to alienate a long time Customer over a $10 game card. I may look at devices as I pass though this dying behemoth on my way to the mall but I will gladly order items online from other vendors instead of buying electronics from this store. Generally, I only give reviews when they are positive but this experience inspired me to write a negative review for a change.

The team at this location is fantastic and it seems like they enjoy working there...this makes a big difference in how you feel walking in! Jessie in Appliances and Mike in Smart Home Security were great to work with, they made sure to talk about what I needed as a customer with no hidden agenda! Thank you, I'll be back in for sure!

We bought a new washer and dryer set here. The employee we dealt with was very well informed on the products they had in stock. They're not commission-based so they were not trying to push their expensive model. Appliance manager actually talked us into a cheaper model then we were looking at explaining why we didn't need some of the other features on the more expensive one. We did have a problem at delivery time. Only the washer showed up. When we called the store to discuss the problem the were extremely apologetic and the gentleman got in his personal vehicle and delivered the dryer still getting the set delivered within the scheduled time period. Best buy delivery said it would be another week for delivery on the dryer. But to this employee this was not acceptable and he did what he had to do to keep the customer happy at great inconvenience to himself.
