A HIGH PRICE TO PAY FOR A SLEEPLESS NIGHT. The door-to-door salespersons at this store are only there to get rid of the product and move on to the next customer. 

I would much rather sleep on a cardboard box than conduct business with Sleepness. The only difference between a Simmons from Sleepy's and a Simmons from one of its competitors is CUSTOMER SERVICE/EXPERIENCE/RELATIONS, which this company seriously lacks from the store up the culprits ladder. If you are due a refund check or credit, don't leave the store without it, or prepare to hear 'the check is in the mail'. It took a month for Sleepy's to apply my refund. Had I not noticed the funds missing from my bank statement, I don't think they would have sent it on their own. 

The quality of the mattress is not at all what we expected. The actual mattress feels nothing like the one in the store. I contacted the Warranty Department, which if I'm lucky, will call me in about "7 days" to schedule an appointment.

Oh, and there's that check that's been "in the mail" since 6/10/2014, for property damages caused by the reckless delivery contractors. The company has just agreed, after umpteenth phone calls and umpteenth empty promises, to stop payment on the check and reissue another. Really? Does it take 6 weeks to stop payment on a check?  

I hope things work out with the mattress inspection. I want out of this involuntary relationship!
