Michael the Store manager was a tremendous help and made my purchase easy. They have the best finance options when compared to the competition and they price match. Mike did not use any aggressive sales tactics nor did I ever feel pressured, unlike all the other mattress retailers. If your looking for an honest and knowledgeable Mattress Consultant without any of the high pressured sales tactics, then Michael (Store Manager) is the man to see and the Loxahatchee Store is the place to go. Every mattress retailer that I've experienced used overly aggressive and highly pressured sales techniques to sell me a mattress set. Michael was the only one who profiled me, by asking qualified questions and provided options that were most suitable for my sleeping needs. I was shocked to see him not try to sell me the most expensive beds, like his competitors. That says a lot about this man's character, he truly cares about his guests needs and I could tell he genuinely cared about me, not just the sale... THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! ESPECIALLY, IF YOU DON'T WANT ANNOYING, SELFISH AND OVERLY AGGRESSIVE SALES REPS., TRYING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, INSTEAD OF DOING WHATS BEST FOR YOU. MIKE HAS OVER 6 YEARS OF MANAGERIAL EXPIERENCE & HE MADE MY WIFE AND I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE!

Such a great, easy experience- even won 2 kids under 2. The store manager, Mike, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress for us, and our toddler. Never once did he seem frustrated or like he was rushing us. Thank you so much for really making us feel valued!
