They sold me what they said was going to be a brand new box spring mattress that I had to pick up at another store. When I went to go pick it up in was wrapped in used packaging. When I asked why it said pre-owned the guy said it was because it had been on the floor for a couple of weeks but it was good as new. I paid for new, not like new. Then when I got it home I found a tear in box spring when I removed it from the wrapping. I called them to ask for a new one or a refund and they wouldn't do either. These people are CON MEN. DO NOT BUT FROM THEM!

I was a newbie at buying a mattress but my salesman Kip really took the time to show me the different levels and types of mattresses out there. Once you know your mattress type preference, you are taken to the section that includes all of the options. He gave me my space to really test out each mattress in various sleeping positions so I knew which I liked best. He's really friendly and helped me figure out a deal I was happy with! Next day shipping with Red Carpet service was soooo quick and easy too. Really seamless process.

Went into Mattress Firm looking for a bed for my toddler. Robert was helpful from the get-go! I explained what my wife and I were looking for in terms of quality and price point and Robert was able to explain the difference between each type of mattress I looked at. He took all the time necessary to explain the details and sold us a great mattress at an affordable price. Couldn't be happier! Very knowledgeable, very helpful, all around the best experience I've had buying a mattress.

We worked with Jim (who normally doesn't go to this store) and knew nothing about mattresses or what types we prefer. Despite being in our mid 20's and clearly looking like we were on a budget, Jim approached us with incredible professionalism, asked us questions, and upon realizing we were clueless, took us on the entire tour of bed options, brands and feels. He left nothing out and didn't judge or assume we were too cheap or unable to purchase what we wanted. We eventually fell in love with two choices and after getting to know us personally, Jim pulled some strings and allowed us to get the mattress that we truly wanted (which was by no means "cheap") for a phenomenal price. Our minds were blown. We set ourselves up for the financing and delivery and the whole process was actually fun. Jim got to know us, we got to know him, then we met some other guy Anthony and we all became friends. Not only were we impressed by the selections and quality of the store's options but we were blown away by Jim and his knowledge and assistance with everything. There was literally no question he couldn't answer and he knew way more about mattresses than any person ever should. not to mention that he translated everything to us so that we could actually understand what we were doing and now we feel like pros. Thanks Jim. You're awesome. We love you. And when we need a mattress, or know someone who does, we will without a doubt come back.

I have to say this a first rate operation with great people.If you are seeking excellent customer service, lots of options, and fair prices, this is the place to go. Jim made my purchase decision easy, and left me confident that I made the right decision. Right out of the gate, he helped me narrow down the options to what I was looking for. I was torn between a mid and top level offering, and was surprised how he did not once push the more expensive option, but rather gave me objective facts to compare the two. This was one of the best purchasing experiences I've had in a long time, as I was in and out within 15 minutes, and was treated like royalty the whole time.
