I came into the sort 1/2 hour past closing time, and Tatiana helped without any hesitation. She showed me mattresses within my budget and worked closely with me to plan for the mattress delivery. She was very kind, helpful, and did upsell me without being pushy. I definitely would recommend my friends to work with her again. I called day of to adjust my delivery, and they did so with ease. The delivery driver called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He was a little later than the window, but they quickly delivered and set up my bed within 15 minutes. Painless and easy!

So glad we chose to purchase our mattress from Mattress Firm. Michelina, and Kyle were very helpful in showing us the different mattresses (and there were a lot) that they have. They were extremely knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Delivery was a snap, as they said it would be. I would recommend anyone looking for a mattress to visit Mattress Firm, you won't be sorry!
