A wide selection of furniture and cookware, at reasonable prices. The store setup is a bit odd (like all IKEA stores), but manageable. Great deals on various sale and clearance items. The cafe is great, as is the frozen food section (their chicken meatballs with cream sauce are amazing!). Store location is convenient, but also in a very high traffic area, so it may take a few minutes to get into the parking lot and actually find a space. Otherwise a great experience.

We knew we had a drive before we went so we called the location before driving out there to pick up our items to make sure they have them in stock. Over the phone the representative confirmed that they had plenty in stock. We traveled all the way over there. We immediately asked for an associate to assist us in locating the product we called about... Only to be informed that the item that we came for actually was not in stock. Despite this happening the store associates including management went above and beyond to help us get the item we needed in a timely manner. Great customer service! Be warned this area has a very high traffic volume and is prone to accidents.

IKEA is my favorite place. I have bought sofas, mattresses, bed frames, TV stands and night stands. They are easy to assemble and the process is a lot of fun. It also feels rewarding to build something with the tools that they provide. For new families or people looking to spice up their home interiors. IKEA should be your first choice. The food is okay and will help keep you going as you continue your home improvements.

IKEA is not really your typical furniture store. When you first enter in you get a cool area to drop the kids off at so you can shop. When you go upstairs you have a choice between a restaurant with good cheap food or the giant museum of furniture they sell. You could spend hours looking at the whole place trying to figure out what you want as there is tons of choices for a ton of things you need for your house. When your done and you check out they put a little mini restaurant there with the best frozen yogurt I had. This place is really cool and I fully recommend it.

I live 2 hours away and this is the closest IKEA to me. I would rate this store 5 stars for the friendliness of the staff and overall shopping experience. I bought my daughter’s bedroom furniture here 3 years ago and have been very pleased with the quality. I would give this store 1 star for the number of cashiers available. I was in Orlando for the weekend and ended up coming to this store 2 days in a row, Friday after lunch and about an hour after they opened on Saturday. Both times, there were only 4 registers open with 10+ people in each line. You have 19 registers available. Find a way to get more of them open IKEA Orlando!
