I just bought a Beautiful furniture there and I've got a great price, the guy was really friendly and gave me great advice.

I got rudely asked to exit the store 🤔 I guess they were only having an outdoor sale but someone had left the door propped open. So of course I wandered in to shop. Hello, it's a store?! Was approached moments later asking us to leave. It's​ just that it was done in a cold, rude manner. Guess they don't want my business :/ otherwise the selection is awesome, but overpriced

West Elm is set up like a show room. They are a little pricey but have a good selection of furniture pieces and accessories for those looking to achieve a modern comporary style.

Love the merchandise but found the staff not helpful at all. Was buying a bed skirt for a duvet set I had purchase and although the computer said the store had two in stock the staff refused to look for them and told me order it online. They were too busy stocking the store to help me.
