If I could give this place a 0 I would. Don't buy anything from them unless you want bed bugs. My fiancé and I purchased a bed from them. We paid and then the "manager" Joanna was doing some shady money business. She had us pay part and told us to pay the remainder two days later. I went in to pay (the day I went to pick the bed up) and I was told that she wasn't supposed to and that they can't accept the rest of the money because it's illegal for her to do that, so I'm not too sure what she was doing with the money. We returned the mattress three weeks later after just not enjoying it. It felt nothing like the one we had tried in the store. Come to find out they didn't even give us the right one when we went to the warehouse. Same brand, different model. So they ended up doing an even exchange for a $3000 bed. Which is 1500 more than what we paid. That was nice and all. It was a clearance floor model (which is non-refundable) and it shows why. After sleeping in it for a few nights we began waking up and having rash like bites all over our body. So we had an exterminator identify that there was in fact bed bugs. We called the manager, or lack there of, Joanna once again and she told us she would call us back. Never did. Instead had some guy from the headquarters call and pretty much verbally assault my fiancé over the phone. Laughing saying that they aren't taking any responsibility and that they're not going to do anything about it. No money back, no exchange for something else. NOTHING. Oh they did say that if we provide the copy of the report that they "might" assist. Didn't say how. So unless you want to be out a ton of money plus the cost of having an exterminator come and fix the problem, plus breathing in the harsh chemicals, don't go here. Don't waste your money. The only good thing they have going for them is that all their stuff is certipur. Other than that, the salespeople are pretty incompetent, the corporate office is incompetent and ignorant, and the manager is nothing short of a shifty crook.

Bought a cal king split set here from salesman Kris Goudie. Kris was a very professional and personable salesman and made our experience pleasant and we were provided excellent service. I highly recommend asking for Kris.

Kris G., Sales Person at the Redding Sleep Train was awesome!! He was extremely helpful and professional. Our new bed was delivered a couple of days ago. We love it!! The two gentlemen who delivered the bed were very professional. Our experience with Sleep Train was excellent.

We had spent a week going to furniture stores to find the perfect bed at the right price. Just as we were worn out and about to give up, we pulled into the strip mall parking lot to get food, and there was a Sleep Train in the same parking lot. My husband went in to check it out. We were greeted by a friendly and knowledable rep who was attentive to our needs and actually acted like he wanted to sell us something rather than ignoring our existence like the furniture store we'd visited just before. It was a great deal, great quality and we were very happy with our purchase, with our sales person Jeff, and our overall experience. If we need another mattress well definitely be coming here again.
