The sure sold us furniture. But they weren't sure about their own furniture layout. Took over two hours to complete the invoice. I had asked about returns if I didn't like the furniture or if it doesn't fit in the room. No problem! Upon delivery I said the furniture was wrong. The delivery person said I had 72 hours to get a someone to pickup the furniture. My husband pick the furniture out. So I was going to wait until he got home. I called the store the same day and basically said to bad the furniture is yours. After a few calls to the store and deliverey place. They said the would try and help me out. However I was to send a photo of the the furniture. And I did. They said we will get back to. That was three weeks ago. I sent another email for an answer. No reply. So very poor customer service. You got your money and ran. I also didn't like the fact we had to do a check off list. I put a ? By the question I was unsure of. Of course they have the original copy and give me a print out Thanks a lot James

We gave Ashley furniture a heads up that we were on our way to pick up our sectional. It took an hour and a half to get it and when we got there only one part of the three-part sectional was there. We had to wait three more weeks to get our other pieces. No one checked before we wasted a truck rental trying to pick up the sectional. When we got our other pieces, there was a tear in the back of it. One thing that was good as they immediately replaced the sectional piece with the tear without a hassle. As it should be!

Absolute WORST customer service. We love Ashley furniture normally and there delivery process. But it seems if there is any problem they don’t care to deal with you at all. The GM Kevin shouldn’t be working there. He could care less wether or not that they made a mistake and wasn’t going to do anything to make us happy. Was told I would hear back about delivery and some issues and HE never called I had to call twice to request for him. Then he told us that he could take off 300$ and leave us with no couch for 5 days when we just moved in. I’d rather pay an extra 300$ to get the couch delivered the day it was suppose to then sit on the ground for 5 days... all in all. We will NOT be shopping at the Ashley furniture in REDDING again. Definitely will consider other areas though since we are loyal Ashley customers.

Being a business owner, it is sometimes hard to find exactly what you need for clients that will match their tastes and their budget. I am currently working on a model home for Skyview Estates and my first stop was at Ashley Furniture. Ashley Furniture stepped up to the plate and accomplished what I would only have hoped for. Katrina is my sales rep and I think her title just doesn't do her justice. She is passionate about what she does and you know it by her commitment to giving you the best service and the best product. It took weeks of going into the store with blueprints and matching the furniture to the scale of our home and rooms. Katrina was smart enough to bring a tape measure along when necessary and checked the size and measurements for every piece in the store. Kevin is the manager and with Katrina as an employee, I am sure they will hit record sales with their commitment to customer service and satisfaction. I will be going back to Ashley for 4 model homes over the next year and I am super excited to see all of the new products Katrina will have to show me. Definitely a 10 from me. We went in to browse and check pricing. Our sales person, Sharla, was super friendly. She wasn't pushy like many sales people. She told us where stuff was located in the store and let us browse on our own. She was knowledgeable and got us all the info we needed. The prices were great too! They matched the price of their website online, which was cheaper than any other place we could find. We bought two couches and a rocking recliner.
