Typical Home Depot, decent prices and inventory. The phone rings constantly over the loudspeaker, I went to Lowe's to spend my $500 cause I didn't want to walk around for two hours listening to the phone ring. Not a big deal if you're in and out.

I bought the last diamond hole saw to drill a hole through my granite top. Item had been previously opened and used. I had to go to my local Ace to buy another bit. To the terd that returned it used. You are a piece of work. Home depot needs to pay better attention to returns. No stars

Earlier today, I visited the Home Depot in Redding, California with a list of parts for my broken sprinkler pipe. I'd watched a YouTube video on how to easily repair my broken pipe and felt hopeful. Once at Home Depot, I was guided to Terri R., "the most knowledgeable piping person." Terri instantly gathered the parts I needed and then, put them together for me. I asked how she discovered her passion. She'd been raised on 200-acres owned by a Dutchman. While her father was in Vietnam, the Dutchman taught Terri, a young girl, how to repair anything. Terri grew up with a wealth of information and cultivated a Do-It-Yourself attitude. She began helping others and has a loyal following at Home Depot. Terri enjoys working, has a line of customers who wait only for her and she made my trip to Home Depot a positively memorable one. Thank you, Terri R.!

Pigeons in the garden area need to be removed. Pigeon droppings all over the items I was going to purchase. Can't risk introducing disease into the house with new born baby.
