People beware , Do not buy appliances at Sears. Repair take forever. When you call to complain you are talking to someone in the Philippines, when you call corporate you get the Philippines. I will never buy anything from Sears again. You get the run around from the get go. It's you money. You can only spend it once. Decided to go somewhere else.

An older cashier no more than 60 was counting her drawer and refused to even look up to acknowledge us while we stood in line for a good minute. A much younger coworker, maybe in his early 20's took note and quickly walked to his register, signed in and helped us with a very kind welcoming smile. Him alone definitely earned the 5 stars, but the 3 is because of the lack of courtesy offered by the first courtesy clerk.. We only visited the tool section and the layout of the department made it very easy to find what we needed.

Great deals, lots of % off and really nice clearance selection due to season change. Got 200 worth of nice clothes for $90.

Poor customer service, outdated store policies (won't price match their own online price), unintelligent rude unmotivated employees, stale environment, sells low quality goods at normal-to-high prices. Just go out of business already
