We received great service from Michael. He is patient, knowledgeable and super helpful. He didn't push us to make a decision and tried his best to match the lowest price online. There is another mattress firm across the street and the representative is everything opposite. So, not every representative in the Mattress firm is as good as Michael.

What great service from Michael. I needed to purchase a bed for my Mother-in-law and have it delivered the same day. Michael walked me through the process over the phone, helping me find just what I needed. He didn't try to up-sale me. He was honest and super helpful. Sleep Train has my business for life!!

Michael Roberts took the time explaining the different options we have, didn't pressure us to decide immediately. We felt his sincerity of making sure we have a good experience instead of just making a sales pitch.

I went in the the Sleep Train at the Renton Landing right as it opened, looking for a mattress to replace my extremely old one. I hadn't ever done "traditional" mattress shopping before, so this was a new experience. Not only did Antonio do an amazing job showing me everything in my price range, but also gave me a chance to check out all the different merchandise. He was amazing, the store was comfortable and clean, and when it comes time to buy another mattress, I will be going back to Sleep Train!!
