Me and my wife were looking for a new bed on a budget. We came here expecting a pushy salesman trying to sell only the high-end beds, but we were wrong. Mike took the time to take us through all different beds to find out a good medium between soft and firm beds until we found perfection. We didn't get the bed we wanted because of the budget but Mike refused to let us leave without giving him a chance to find something that will work, and he knocked it out of the park! We absolutely love the bed we bought and would come back just because of Mike.

The best decision I made with choosing my new mattress was coming into Mattress Firm! The service received was impeccable and I will only come to Mattress Firm for my sleep needs! The process was quick, which was perfect and I truly felt that my needs were the main priority. The environment was very relaxed which made me feel welcome and not pressured! Thank you Mattress Firm!

We stopped by this mattress firm 15 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night. Mykel greeted us and helped us as if they had just opened for the day. We had been into the store two weeks prior and knew all about their services and warranties. However, Mykel went over everything again just to make sure that we understood their guarantee. On our way home we had another question about our purchase and I called and he actually answered. That was 30 minutes after the store closed. We were treated with the utmost respect and he wasn't going to leave until all of our questions were answered. Needless, to say Mykel earned our business and we will recommend everyone we know to ask for him personally.

Myke went above and beyond in helping us find the absolute PERFECT mattress. We went with the Beautyrest Legend... the adjustable base, the Beautyrest BLACK memory foam pillows, and all the accessories!!! Can not wait to sleep on it!!! Plus knowing if we do not like it we have 120 days to return or exchange which is super cool on its own!! Thank you Myke for SERIOUSLY taking the time to really go into detail with all the different types of mattresses, the "WHYS" and most importantly giving the best customer service!! It was so nice to walk in and have Myke acknowledge us asked our names and shake our hands. (That seems to be lacking in cuatomer service ALOT lately... not with this guy!!) Seriously awesome guy!! Thanks again Mattress Firm!!
