We are excited about the style & comfort of the couch & the quick delivery (our couch is broken). Sales lady was polite and helpful but not at all pushy. Seems like a high quality couch for a good price. (Under $500). 
Perhaps the best part is that it's made in Salt Lake City. I feel it is important to support local businesses & the lifetime guarantee on the couch is excellent. They offer other colors which are custom order for the same price...wow! We went with the pecan because we can get it faster & I think we will really like it.

John paras is the best place to buy furniture. I’ve got my whole bedroom set from them 14 years ago and is still new looking made out of real wood. They have the best furniture you could buy. John paras has the best prices on everything and always free  delivery. Everyone who works there is so friendly.

Absolutely the best experience I have had ever had.From the moment I walked through the doors and was greeted by Rick, there was no pressure to purchase, great prices, great quality & selection. Rick answered all my questions and was knowledgeable about all of the items I looked at. I call the store and get a friendly helpful greeting every time. The young men than delivered my furniture were very professional, polite, and knew about how the furniture worked & were just ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Thank you John Paras.. I am a customer for Life..

We found what we wanted for the price we wanted but the cleanliness of the store will forever haunt me. The floors were beyond disgusting and my toddler had to use the bathroom. Yikes. It was so gross she couldn’t go. It obviously hasn’t been cleaned in a VERY long time. There was a thick yellow ring in the toilet, debris all over the floor. The seat was gross. My toddler immediately changed her mind and decided to hold. Had we not paid before I saw it, I probably would have insisted we shop elsewhere.

The recliner we bought is awesome!  We are very happy.  The right armrest didn’t go all the way down.  After determining that it couldn’t be repaired, they replaced the chair!  Excellent customer care from the Riverdale store.
