Upon pulling up at Mattress Firm in Tallahassee FL. right off of N. Monroe, Mr. Todd welcomed me at the door and from there continued to amaze me. I went into the store for only one mattress purchase but Todd was such a great professional sales store representative that I ended up leaving with two complete beddings. Todd was very practical and personal. Other customers came in but Todd took his time with me until all of my sales transactions were completed. He made me feel so welcomed. The competition for purchasing mattresses are great but I would recommend stopping into the Mattress Firm off of N. Monroe and asking for "Todd", before going anywhere else. Thank you Todd for everything.

Todd was the best salesman! Very knowledgeable about the products he sells and great sense of humor! Perfect customer service. Would recommend this store and him to anyone! Thanks Todd!!

I started at Mattress Firm and should have stopped there. Instead I visited five other mattress stores in town, just to end up back at Mattress Firm, and Todd was great, very charming and knowledgeable about his products. This store had a great selection of mattresses to suit all tastes. I will definitely reccommend Todd to family and friends looking for a new bed. Terilynn

I went to mattress firm to purchase a mattress for my teen daughter. I actually price compared with mattress one. I ended up back across the driveway sith Mr Todd. Mr Todd was so very nice and accommodating to what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was willing to go the extra mile to assure quality and comfort. My daughter is happy with her bed. I would recommend Mattress Firm to friends and family. Thank you
