Customer service was excellent. I came in close to closing time, they have a great selection of value mattresses, and Chima was very kind. They took my old mattress away for free, and the delivery guys were in an out in 5 minutes. Even more impressive because I live in a four floor walk up and one guy brought the mattress up by himself. I got plenty of notification beforehand. Couldn't have asked for better service. Quick tip: DO NOT go to Mattress Warehouse! Google maps will send you there. This Mattress Firm is up about another block.

Highly recommend using Mattress Firm. I purchased a new mattress from this store and had a great experience with both the salesperson and the delivery team. Mattress Firm delivered my new mattress and took the old one away without any problems. The delivery was within the scheduled 2 hour window and I could even track where the driver was and view the estimated delivery time online, which was frequently updated.

Wonderful service. Chima was fantastic and helped me find the perfect mattress. He walked me through a number of models, types of firmness and everything to help me find the mattress that's perfect for me.

I was just looking trying to find out more information on the financing Chima went above and beyond to help me which I appreciate very much, of course I ended up buying a bed. I definitely recommend you work with him.
