The salesman at the store gave us an amazing service. We had problems with the driver on the delivery day. Soon after I called to the store and explained about the problems , he visited the apartment and solved problems. I was impressed because what the salesman did was not part of his job (I guess). But he helped us immediately.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I panicked when my queen box spring I moved here with wouldn't fit up the staircase. We called Mattress Warehouse to see if they had a queen split box set and they did. Less than 24 hours later they delivered it. They came right within their (short) time window and were efficient and helpful!
