The last time we had a winter storm my family and I decided to order pizza. It was around 4pm and the sun was still out. I called and placed an order and was told it would take about 45 minutes to an hour to get to me despite the fact that they are like 3 blocks down the street from me but I accepted that because the roads were still a bit wet & slick. By 6pm it had not arrived yet so I called them again and was told that my pizza was just coming out of the oven and about to go out for delivery with some other peoples orders. Another hour+ goes by and still no pizza so this time I called to cancel the order, they then told me that they had decided 30 minutes prior to me calling them for the last time (which would have been 30-45 minutes after they told me it was on the way) that they would not do any more deliveries that night and didn't even bother to call and tell anyone. I was never offered any compensation for the fact that me & my family had been waiting on pizza since 4pm, they didn't even apologize. Update: After almost 5 years, we gave them one more chance and the pizza was HORRIBLE.

I called to place a pick-up order @ 9:04pm and was told they was no longer taking orders due to the fact they close @,9:30.. It seems like this place is never open, or the food is always cold upon delivery. Needs major improvement it's a bad look for such a well known all time fav restaurant.

This used to be a good pizza place but over the last 5+ yrs its really went down hill. For example the last 2 times we've been there they've messed up on our order so we've had to sit and wait for them to correct it

Filthy restaurant. They had six or seven employees working on a Sunday evening. My wife, myself and 4 year old daughter where the only customers dining in. All employees where just hanging out by the register chatting away along with what looked like the manager as well. How about somebody start cleaning!!! The place was a train wreck, probably from the church crowd that afternoon but still! You are at work! Do your job, do a job for that matter! You're getting paid!
