I made an online order on Halloween . The store cancelled my order did not call me to inform me that the cancelled my order . I called them after an hour to find out that my order was cancelled and the assistant manager went one step farther to basically call me a liar . Terrible customer service. On the other side I did go to their website and told them about my experience they sent me a coupon for two free large three topping pizzas . Pizza Hut is a great company just not the Shawnee Oklahoma store which is unfortunate.

Who the devil puts cinnamon on bread sticks???? Oh... You people do!! I think if u wanted cinnamon sticks, I would've said so. PAY ATTENTION AND TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO LISTEN!!!!

The staff was rude. When I ordered I said I wanted 1 ham and pineapple pizza (i said several times). The other was a pepperoni pizza with light sauce. They didn't put the pineapple on my pizza then told me i never said anything about pineapple. So if you like being called a liar, rude service, the wrong order, and not having a lot of toppings (actually covering the pizza) this is your place to eat. If you like respect, good service, the right order, and toppings. I suggest going else where for your pizza needs. You won't find it here. We found a Mazzio's not to far from this pizza hut I'd try there before ever going here again...👎👎👎🍕🍕🍕

Delivery order: arrived 30 minutes after estimated delivery time. That wouldn't have been such a bad thing had it not been for the food being cold when I received it, the pizza being doughy, and the brownie being uncooked in the middle---the only edible part of the brownie was the edges. The wings, pizza and breads ticks had to be heated in the microwave in order to halfway enjoy it.
