I ordered a BLTandA sandwich  and got burned bacon that was black and falling apart. I couldn't eat this burned bacon
I can't believe they sent it fro. The kitchen like this. I won't be back  I wasted my money and lunch break

Very friendly, but they got my order wrong. Asked for tuna salad sandwich with no tomato or pickle (allergic to pickle), and they gave me tomato and pickles. Usually they're good at that, but I guess not today.

If I'm not mistaken when you say you are going to close at 10 o'clock then that's what you should do, not 945, 950 and so on!! I mean we came in at 930 and got out food shortly after which was good , but then I guess the so called manager comes over after we have started eating our food and ask if we are going to need anymore refills or anything cause there going to start shutting it all down and we won't be able to get any more refills or anything!!! Really!! Whatever happened to customer service, I mean we all had tea, couldn't they just done everything else but the tea until we left!!! I mean really!! I think that is pretty rude!! And he also told us yall have a goodnight , like more or less hurry up and get out!! There food used to be very good portions and they have became alot smaller, I mean we used to love coming here and bringing our kids to eat there but it just seems that its not as good as it once was! The girl at the register was very nice but the manager and the buss girl were not.  Not sure if we will be back for a while.....
