All you people that gave 1 star need to chill. We walked in a little after 7, were promptly greeted, Travis took our order and asked for 20 minutes. 20 minutes later we had our food and left. Easy as that. Everyone complaining about long wait times and getting their food later than expected- here's an idea, get off your lazy ass and go get it yourself so you don't have to wait SO LONG. You could have worse problems than waiting for pizza to be delivered #firstworldproblems

I've had decent experiences in the past, but my last visit was so atrocious that I felt compelled to review. I stood at the front in plain view of an employee for 11 minutes without being helped. He motioned at me twice as if to say "one minute" but "one minute" turned into 11. It was the most ridiculous excuse for service I've ever seen. With all that time I took it upon myself to watch  that employee and how he worked, but that almost made me turn away and cancel my entire order. The employee was listening to music through earbuds while I waited (seriously?), was handling food with unwashed and un-gloved hands, and showed zero respect for me as a custom or the food he was preparing. I'm a fan of Pizza Hut, but I will never order from this location again and will be reaching out to management to discuss the issues.

I'd rather give Zero stars! Not one time have we gotten our pizza on time! Today was 50 minutes past the said time. It's ridiculous! The employees at this particular store are rude and dismissive. 
Ordered again on 9/4, took 2 1/2 hours and the order was wrong! Again!!!!! Customer service is ridiculous! Don't know how this store is still in business! We will not ever order from Pizza Hut again!!!

I ordered a large 2 topping pizza last night with an order of cheese sticks at 6pm. My order did not arrive until 8pm. Every time I order from this store I have to call and ask where my food is or why it's taking them so long. I do not know how this store is still in business with all the problems it has. Pizza Hut, take it from your competitors in the area, provide better service.

I really hate to give them two stars. Normally the service at this location is excellent, but my last visit was horrible. My issue is with the lady working there today 4/21 at 730pm. I'm used to being shown my pizza when I request carry out. Have they stopped doing that? First there was no greeting as i walked in. When I was given my pizza I wasn't shown it as usual. The vibe I was getting from her was here is your food now leave. I wasn't even asked if i needed plates, cheese, or peppers. When l did ask for those things, it was as if I was bothering her. Is this the first impression you want someone new to see?
