We lived in the Orchard Town Homes for 1 and a half years and it is a nice, clean, and quiet place to live. We never heard our neighbors. The units are not the best insulated and it is electric heat but it is small enough that it does the job. It is nice to have the air-conditioning. They always fixed anything we asked for. At the end we cleaned the place and they had a few extra little things we needed to do some final cleaning on then they gave us our deposit back in full. :) (Make sure you take very very very good notes on any defects in the unit when you move in or you may be charged for it when you move out.)

They were always pleasant to work with.

The woman that works at the Biltmore Apartments that works for this management company was super understanding of our situation and helped us as much as possible. The company itself is pretty good. They try to keep up with the high maintenance requests all over the apartments and appreciate them for getting to my problems in a fair amount of time :)

I'm a new tenant this last month. So far so good. I haven't experienced apartment living in a long time so I was wary. The complex itself is very quiet and peaceful with nice, respectful neighbors. The management staff is very friendly as well.

My wife and I have been residents at Lakeside Apartments in Medical Lake for over 6 months now, and we love it here! I've read through some of these other reviews and the negative reviews are simply puzzling. The care that we see go in to this place and its' tenants, the organization and information that is provided for the tenants, is so contradictory to what we have experienced. McCathren and the Management here at Lakeside have been gracious, fair, and consistent. I can only assume past tenants have not lived up to their end of the deal. It just doesn't make sense.

Lakeside is an amazing place! so peaceful, courteous neighbors, high quality property, and above all - An amazing Management team. We always see the Manager, out and about taking care of things and working hard to keep Lakeside as it was when we first arrived. 

If Lakeside Apartments and its' Management are an accurate representation of McCathren Management and how they do business at all their other properties, then there are a lot of other satisfied tenants out there. 

All I know is that Lakeside feels like a family community and that people like Trista (Lakeside Manager), have made this rental experience our best ever. Thank you for all you do!

I've had an amazing experience at The Biltmore/Beaumont apartments which are under McCathren Management located up on 53rd Ave. I used to live on The Biltmore side, which was a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, and needed to move to a smaller unit. Carey T was able to transfer me into a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom on the Beaumont side so easily. They were very accommodating and worked with my busy schedule to make sure that I was able to get into the new apartment ASAP. They also gave me a large amount of my old deposit back, which I was able to use for the new apartment. It was easy, stress free, and very professional but also personable. They always keep the grounds looking amazing as well! The office is always out planting flowers or watering flowers, and the maintenance men can be seen making repairs and even cleaning the parking lots and making sure everything looks perfect. I love living here and have a wonderful experience since my first day. I have lived here almost 2 years!
