The food is almost always cold and I have yet to receive a correct order. Often, the exact opposite of what you request is what you receive. For example, yesterday I ordered two hamburgers without onions and two burgers with ketchup only. I received two hamburgers with extra onions and shredded lettuce and two buns with ketchup, no meat.  The tags confirmed this even though the screen I verified and the order taker read correctly.

Customer service is terrible.  They have the new kiosks and don't greet customers with an explanation.  When a customer goes to the counter to order they are told "I can't take your order here.  You have to do it over there"... while pointing to the kiosk.  At least three people complained or left without ordering in the short time I was there.  I won't be back there.  Other McDonald's are a stone's throw away and have a much friendlier staff.

I just stopped in after working out at my fitness center. I placed my order. The employee gave me my total. I went to reach for my wallet and saw that I had loved it at home. I apologize and told her I would have to go home first. She gave me my meal for free!!! Now that's what I call great service. Thanks McDonald's we're coming through when I was in a pinch.

Ordered via mobile order. I ordered a big Mac mediums sized meal with a diet coke and an Oreo flurry. The manager came out with just a sandwich and said I didn't know if you ordered just the sandwich or the meal. I said no the meal and an Oreo flurry. Same manager comes back with just fries and my Oreo flurry but no drink! At this point it's been 10 mins since I checked in for curbside service. I am so aggregated I left without the drink. Went to eat my sandwich after finishing my fries and she had given me a quarter pounder! I went ahead and ate it despite it not being what I wanted. The bun was so hard and the burger tasted like it had been in the warmer far to long. It was rubbery and tasted gross. The sandwich wasn't even warm and the fries were barely warm.

Drive thru very slow. This location gets slower and slower.  Owners really need to look into and see what is going on.  Food in the mornings always cold so you special order just to make sure it's hot
