Service is friendly and fast. Fries were nasty. Used the drive thru.Everything else was okay and fresh.

Order wrong. Charged me for lettuce and tomatoes but that was not lettuce and tomatoes. Fries hot but not completely cooked.

Drive through staff is always nice, this location has never been able to quickly serve it's customers. They "serve" orders in their computer system prematurely to make their drive through times look good but we sit there waiting forever for our order. ALWAYS check your order, they usually mess it up. Cheese burger no onion? You may get it without meat.

McDonalds in Groveland Florida is absolutely horrible all of the time!!! They are always out of what you want or that machine is broken.  The drive thru as well as the inside smells rotten and disgusting everytime I've ever gone there,  and their service is even worse.  Never go here unless you are literally starving to death or have no other choice.  If i could give a negative rating I would.  Horrible terrible awful place all around
