The people who work at the Groveland McDonald's are always very friendly and the restaurant always  very clean. We live on the west Coast of Florida and our children in Apopka so that is always a pleasant stop off for us. Oh, and we love, love, love their apple pies.

This place.is so slow. The workers have 2 speeds slow and stop. But they want 15 an hour. The inside lobby is empty and over 20 minutes to get 1 happy meal. When you pull up to the window the so called workers are just talking. This place sucks. Wont ever be back. I will drive to clermont for my son the next time

Sooooooo, we have been going to this McDee's for over a year. Shakes are not being made, even thought it's on their menu. WHY? So, today I order 2 cheeseburgers without ketchup....guess what? I got ketchup. My dad is allergic to ketchup. I called the main office. No response. Not one more cent of my hard earned money is being spent there. And customer service doesn't exist. Mr Arturo Lojo needs to revamp this restaurant or McDonald's will release him from his franchise.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this McDonald’s deserves it. I have been here four or five times and they have all been negative experiences.  Service is poor and the place is filthy.
