This is probably the fastest McDonald's in town. But it is still McDonald's... So don't expect to get anything super special here. The employees are generally very friendly and quick to take your order. The one thing I absolutely hate about any McDonald's is how they tell me to pull around front to wait for my order.... I would much rather wait at the window to ensure the contents of my order are correct. My consumer rating C+

This place is ridiculous. I came through in between a lunch and dinner rush and ordered a kids meal chicken nugget with pure honey for dipping, fries, apple slices and a juice box. They make me pull around front to wait 8 minutes for my food. I get home and they forgot fries and gave me honey mustard... Fine, people make mistakes, whatever. I call in to tell the manager and she tells me "well, I'll replace the fries and honey, I'll even throw in the chicken nuggets". Please explain to me why I would leave back out of my house to come pick up a childrens fry and honey packet when I sat and waited for the thing to be wrong in the first place.. Horrible customer service and definitely will be going to the McDonald's in Syracuse from here on.

I don't understand why everyone blames the employees for "ignoring" them on front counter. They are not ignoring you and you all know it! How do you figure your being ignored if you don't want to use Kiosks to place your order, that's fine but don't expect them to take it at counter they can't do it that way no more. Per corporate" "The touch-screen technology is meant to speed up the ordering process and give people more control over customizing their food, while reducing opportunities for human error." it is no one's fault but your own. To many customer complaints on screwed up orders and not being fast enough. Now you the customer has control over that. This will be happening in ALL McDonalds. From what I was told by talking to the employees about the new change instead of complaining. Some of the systems can only pull up orders that were taken at kiosk that need modification. It's not the employees, managers, or general managers fault so stop complaining to them. If you had a company and made a change and none of your employees followed policy what would you do to the employees. Your paying them, it's your business, you make the rules, and you pay employees to follow them. If you don't like the customer service your receiving, maybe you should look at the type of customer your being... In other words.... people will talk to you the way you talk to them.

Will never return to this McDonald's again. Staff needs to get their act together. Screwed up our order. And 7 other people behind me. No apologizes just trying to rush me out. When I still only had half my order. Got home and the bacon I was charged for was not on our sandwiches. Worst service I have ever experienced.

I NEVER write reviews but I am pretty livid right now with this McDonald’s so now I am sharing my experience. I went through the drive through and ordered my food. I ordered a quarter pounder with no onions in a meal, a kids meal with a cheeseburger and yogurt, no fries and then a classic chicken sandwich. When ordering the classic chicken sandwich, the worker confirmed every single chicken sandwich they had except the classic chicken sandwich which is on their dollar menu. Finally she seemed to get it right so we pulled up and paid. When we got our receipt it showed a hot and spicy chicken sandwich. The manager was at the second window when we pulled up and explained that the chicken sandwich was wrong and she said that she would fix it and confirmed that it was a plain chicken sandwich and started to walk away and I said not a classic chicken sandwich. So they asked us to pull into the wait area and we got our food. It was in a timely manner. We were going to look at the order before we left because we wanted to make sure they got the chicken order correct which they didn’t. It was a plain chicken sandwich and not the classic. Then I noticed on my quarter pounder box they marked no pickle. So sure enough there was no pickle but onions. I ordered it without onions. So we looked at the happy meal and no yogurt but we had fries. They screwed up on every single order of ours and the only thing messed up on the receipt was the chicken sandwich. How does that happen? So it gets better, I go in to let them know the issue and the manager that helped me with chicken sandwich comes up to help with my issue and starts arguing with me about not telling her about getting a classic but a plain. I explained to her our whole order is wrong and that she shouldn’t be arguing with me but fixing their mess up. I explained the whole issue with not even getting the order right in the first place when we initially ordered because they have a new employee in training. I advised that is the initial issue with our order but then they screwed up with the rest of the order. Not to mention I watched the person in the car next to me go back in because her order was messed up. I will not be going back to that location ever.
