Staff can be friendly when they spend the time to be. Wait times at this location are quite a bit higher than at other Sonic locations I also frequent.  They have special areas for just drink orders but it doesn't seem to speed up the process much, if at all, hence not a higher rating. 

The food has always been as good as you can expect from a fast food place and it has always been pretty consistent in quality, to their benefit, hence not a lower rating

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Orders take over 15 minutes to make and if you complain they just treat you even worse. Manager is incompetent and has a terrible team. Food is not the best, but it is just chain food. They will be extremely rude to you if you have even the slightest issue. Definitely never bringing my business here again. 20 minute wait for one meal!?

Wish it was possible to leave no stars, service is awful. I waited for more than 15 minutes just to order my food and by the time they finally took my order they were VERY RUDE and I had to wait about another 15 minutes just to get my food out here. This is a regular occurance with this sonic

I pushed the button and waited. After 15 minutes, I became irritated and walked to the front and pushed that button. They answered, I ordered, and paid with a credit card. As I waited for my order, I saw them mess up two orders. After 20 more minutes, my order still had not arrived. I asked the server, and he just said they were busy. I then called them on my cell phone to ask for my order. Surprisingly they answered quickly, but hung up on me when I asked about my order. So I went home. A couple of dollars was a small price to pay to determine that I did not want to go there again.

Wowzie, sorry to inconvenience the girl taking the order!!! When I asked how many ounces a Large was, Crystal let out a big SIGH as if I was killing her to have to answer. Then when I asked a second question ( heaven forbid) what the drink was called that was on the screen , that now disappears once you start ordering, I THOUGHT SHE WAS GOING TO BLOW A GASKET!!! I only ordered 4 drinks, it's not like it was complicated. The guy bringing it out was very nice, and it was fast. First time that I've come to Sonic... Most likely it will be the last.
