I have gone to this McDonald's once or twice a week for 6 months since I moved here. I'm a pretty steady customer and this McDonald's has very steadily every single visit shorted me something in one way or another. They won't accidentally add anything but you best believe they will forget something on a non complicated order. And don't bother calling I've tried several times.  To batter can't be considered robbery

For being a Sunday morning I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was taken care of at the drive -thru. Food was also hot and correct.

Made a stop today. Usual “ice cream machine isn’t working” so I was unable to get a shake. Okay, whatever. It’s McDonald’s. I pay for mine and my brother’s food and am told to wait at the second window. I do. I then get the food and leave- my mistake. They gave me one fry. I called about it and they said for me to come back and they’ll correct it. Okay. I then decide to bite into a chicken nugget- it’s uncooked. I test the others- all 10 of them are uncooked. Seriously, McDonald’s? Was my favorite McDonald’s until today.

This is for the McDonald's app.  It Does Not work for ordering.  Manager said they have been having problems.  The staff really knew nothing about the app.  My actual visit was good and so was the food after I placed my order at the STORE instead of using the app.  Now I just have to make sure the app does not charge my credit card!  Pain in the Butt!

Everything was great except for my fries came with salt when I asked for no salt. But when I called a nice gentleman named Jason kindly offered to replace them the next time I came back. Which was also done with ease on my next visit.
