The coffee was okay. Service sucks! Some guy named Marcus. He gave me a cup for my iced coffee with a hole in it and no napkins. Kind of felt like he did it on purpose. I had to stop at the gas station around the corner and buy a plastic cup for my coffee. I was really upset and I probably won't go back. There's other coffee shops right around this area that are a lot better.

Teresa was having a bad day. Had to tell them several times about my green tea, but they kept mixing it up with black. They don't have smoothies anymore. They won't split cups for you. I expected more from Starbucks.

Always a long line at the drive thru, wish they could come up with a way to make that faster. Service isn't anything to get excited about. It's a Starbucks like any other, nothing special, nothing remarkable.

My drink was mediocre and the rude staff definitely could use some additional training on customer service,especially the female with glasses who is heavier set in the drive thru and the African American man.
