Got my meal, everything was great until I dumped my fries into the burger box and a black, curly hair fell out with them. It was about an inch long and you can probably guess what it looked like. Offered me new food and I said no. Disgusting!! Will never go back!! Hair nets??? If I could post a picture I would!

The cashier was courteous but waited far too long. Then was told they were waiting on fries. This should have been communicated it was after midnight for peace sake.

I've go to this location every now and then when I just want a quick bite to eat. Most of the time it's an enjoyable experience. Sadly I have had a few employee's that may have just been having a bad day, but regardless made the experience a little less then pleasurable. Besides that, the food is fresh, and the store is clean.

I don't go get breakfast out very often so I heard about the McGriddle from some friends so I thought I would try it.  It is very good, however I also ordered a hot chocolate with it.  Got back to work and the hot chocolate was like hot white cream.  It was disgusting!  About 3 weeks later I thought I would try it again.  This time the hot chocolate machine was out of order.    Today I went again and 3rd time is an out.  Got the hot chocolate again (big mistake) this time it was tan in color and had a slight hint of coffee flavoring.  Do they not know what hot chocolate is???
I doubt I will go again!!!

Interesting experience.  People hanging around the counter area just to talk to someone working there.   No food or drink with them.  Just hanging around.
